Invezzy is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that provides business management solutions including but not limited to:

  • Financial management and accounting
  • Inventory management
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Human resources management
  • Project management
  • Business analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Corporate accounts must be created by authorized representatives

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invezzy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your negligent or wrongful conduct

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period
  • You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination
